As you would expect, Sunrise Training are fully committed to a safe working environment when we undertake our training courses.
We appreciate that you will no doubt have had your premises and equipment correctly risk-assessed and checked, and we will undertake our own assessment of the area to be used for training. Our focus will then be on ensuring that trainees are properly briefed at all stages and that appropriate PPE is worn at all times. Health and Safety awareness and assessment is a key part of the training provided to staff.

What is the maximum number of staff who can taught at one time?
3 staff is the recommended limit for simultaneous learning – if you have more staff who require training, please contact us to discuss how we can best meet your needs,
Can you provide Forklift training on any type of forklift trucks?
Yes we can!
Can you provide Forklift training anywhere in the UK?
Yes we can. Although we are based in Hampshire on the South Coast, we can deliver training almost anywhere. Please be aware that single person training may attract a modest travel expenses fee if your premises are located a considerable distance away from our base in the South (such as in Scotland and the North). Please contact us for confirmation.
How long does the training take?
This may depend on whether 1, 2 or 3 staff are trained together. Therefore it will take 3 days for one person, 4 days for two persons, and 5 days for three persons. Refresher training should take 2 days less.
How frequently should staff be retrained?
Our strong recommendation is that staff should have refresher training every 5 years, which can help unpick bad habits which have been learned, upgrade their skillset and hence improve efficiency and safety.
How much is an investment in Sunrise Training?
We understand the need for “value for money” without compromising on the quality of training. Our rates are a very reasonable £485+VAT for new learners and £170+VAT for refresher training.
