Who We Train
Sunrise can provide effective training at a sensible price. By keeping our overheads down, we can pass on these savings to our clients, and still provide the necessary high-quality service. This way we can help maximise your Return on Investment.
Two person training will attract a 5% discount, and three person training will attract a 10% discount, reflected in our pricing below.

We accept payment by Bank Transfer, and will send you an invoice upon receipt of your confirmed booking and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. We respectfully request settlement of the full invoice by no later than the starting date of the course booked. Payment of a 10% deposit will secure the booked dates.
Should there be a requirement to cancel your booking, then the 10% deposit is non-refundable – clients with extenuating circumstances may enquire about a full refund, however this cannot be guaranteed, especially where the cancellation is closer to the original booking date.
Postponements to a later date will not incur any penalty, provided a firm alternative date is booked within a 6 month period from the date of notification of postponement.

Confirm Date
Email us or use our website Contact Form to confirm the number of trainees and the date you wish to commence. We will confirm the booking by email and prepare the invoice.
You're booked!
We will provide pre-course preparation information at least 7 days prior to the course start date (save for late bookings).
Your staff training will then be successfully delivered, and with you and your teams consent, a photograph taken to add to our gallery, and passed to you for Social Media Marketing purposes.
Since we thrive on recommendations and testimonials, we will ask for your feedback in writing after completion
